Cook in Italy
- 7 nights in one bedroom flat or 3* hotel, Hotel Tuscania all flats have either a garden a balcony or a terrace, all fully furnished and recently refurbished.
- 12.5 hours of cooking classes, on 5 days, 2,5 per day from 11.00 to 13.30, at the end of each class we will lunch together eating the food we will have prepared, accompanied with a selection ol locla wines
- 4 meals in selected restaurants in the old town
- 1 visits to a local olive grove with wines, cheeses and cured meat tasting
Course 2
The course is for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Italian cuisine through practical cookery activities, mainly in English but will learn and we will use some elements of the Italian language, .Cooking classes are held at the Hotel.

- Free morning
- 13.00 lunch ristorante “Tor di Lavello”
- Afternoon walk through the old town and visit to the Roman basilicas
Day3
- Cooking class 11.00-13.30
- 1. squash and chickpea soup with bruschetta
- 2. Fish cakes with roast vegetables salad
- 3. baked peaches
Day 4
- Cooking class 11.00-13.30
- 1. Pasta roulade with sage butter
- 2. aubergine rolls
- 3. tiramisu
Day 5
- Cooking class 11.00-13.30
- 1. roasted peppers and tomato bruschetta
- 2. buridda (seafood soup)
- 3. Cantucci e vin santo
- 20:00 dinner at “pizzeria Sant’Agostino
Day 6
- cooking class 11.00-13.30
- 1. Tagliatelle with gorgonzola and walnuts
- 2. squid and lentil salad
- 3. orange and black olive salad
- 4. Baked pears with cinnamon and marsala wine
- 18:00 visit to local olives farm with aperitivo (wines, cheeses and cured meats buffet)
Day 7
- Cooking class 11.00-13.30
- 1. Linguine alle vongole
- 2. Chicken roulade with prosciutto and pine nuts
- 3. panna cotta with strawberries
- 20.00 farewell dinner restaurant “Torre di lavello”
Day 8
- breakfast and departures
